Once you have your flight booked, please send your itinerary to Camille. If you have any questions prior to booking, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Dates
We’d love for you all to join us for the full event, however we know that 5 days out of the country may be difficult for some. Here’s a list of recommended arrival/departure dates:
Wednesday, May 12th—Latest date to fly in if you’d like to join us for whitewater rafting.
Thursday, May 13th—First night with lodging at Sunwolf available.
Friday, May 14th—Rehearsal Dinner will be happening this night. If you’re skipping out on the rafting, but would like to attend the dinner, please be sure to arrive in Vancouver Friday morning.
Saturday, May 15th—Ceremony will begin in the early afternoon. If you’re arriving this day, allow for up to 2-hours to make it to Sunwolf from YVR as traffic can be unpredictable.
Sunday, May 17th—First shuttles to YVR will be available mid-morning. We’d recommend a late afternoon departure at the earliest.

Lodging
Vancouver—If you plan to fly in Wednesday or earlier, you will need to book your own lodging in the city. For a list of recommended hotels, please click “Let’s Book” above.
Squamish—Lodging will be available for all guests at the wedding venue. All guests will be responsible for $150 per person or $300 per couple to cover the lodging for the duration of their stay at Sunwolf. All guests will be assigned to either a cabin or a tent (don’t worry, it’s a glamping tent). You can book your lodging by clicking “Let’s Book” above.
Transportation
Shuttles to Sunwolf will be available Thursday morning for everyone joining on the rafting trip. If not joining us for the rafting, you will have to book your own shuttle to Squamish. All guests will have to book a return shuttle back to Vancouver from Squamish. Instructions for booking can be found by clicking “Let’s Book” above.
