Here’s a checklist of the items you need to arrange once you’ve RSVP’d:
Lodging in Vancouver (if arriving May 12th or earlier)
Transportation to/from Squamish

Vancouver Lodging
If you plan to stay in Vancouver prior to 5/13, you will have to source your own accommodations.
Tyler and Camille will be staying in Gastown from 5/7-5/12.
If you’d like to find lodging nearby, the most cost effective solution is booking an airbnb. If you’d prefer a hotel, here are some options in the area:
Skwachàys Lodge is located right on the edge of Gastown. Featuring an indigenous art gallery that plays into the theme of the hotel, Skwachàys is ideal for anyone preferring a unique, quirky boutique hotel experience.
Located in the heart of downtown right on the water overlooking Vancouver Harbour. Pinnacle is ideal for those seeking a more traditional 4-star hotel.
Getting to & from Squamish
Unless making other transportation arrangements, all guests MUST book a round trip shuttle between Vancouver Airport and Squamish. The cost of the shuttle is 47.50 CAD each way (about $36.00 USD). The commute time is roughly 1-2 hours depending on the time of day.
If you plan to join us for whitewater rafting, then you do not need to book a shuttle TO Squamish. You only need to book a return shuttle. Instructions for the rafting shuttle will be sent out closer to the date.
The shuttle will pick you up from Vancouver airport and transport you to the Squamish Adventure Center.
If you are arriving May 14th or 15th between the hours of 10am-8pm, there will be vans waiting to transport you from Squamish Adventure Center to Sunwolf (a 5-10 minute trip).
On Sunday, we will have vans doing rounders from Sunwolf back to Squamish Adventure Center from 8am-5pm.
If you plan to arrive or depart outside of these hours/dates, please let Camille know and we will help with arrangements.

*If you plan to stay in Vancouver after the weekend, a shuttle can also be booked for dropoff in the city.
Sunwolf Lodging
All guests will be staying at Sunwolf from Thursday May 13th - Sunday, May 16th. Everyone will be assigned to either a Cabin or Glamping Tent.
The price for the weekend is $150/guest ($300/couple).
Payment can be submitted via PayPal through the link below. Please note that if you are paying with credit card via paypal, there is a $9.00 fee on top of your payment (bringing your total to $159.00 or $309.00). If you have your PayPal account linked to your bank account, there is no fee for the transaction.

Whitewater Rafting the Elaho | Thursday, May 13th
Space is limited so if you plan to join, please book immediately.
All attendees must have arrived into Vancouver by Wednesday, May 12th. Vans will be departing early from Vancouver on Thursday morning to take everyone up to Squamish. We will unload our bags at Sunwolf and spend the day riding class 3-4 rapids on the Elaho complete with lunch and cliff diving.
The cost is $152 CAD (about $116 USD).
